Entries & the Regal Book
For more than three decades, the Home Builders Association of Delaware has celebrated outstanding achievements in Delaware’s Home Building industry. Regal Award winners are honored through a juried award celebration event, called the Regal Awards, and printed Regal Book.
Every Regal Award submission is assigned a score by a panel of qualified expert judges with criteria based on design, craftsmanship, and completeness of entry. Entrants with the highest scores in their respective category earn Regal Awards. And “Of the Year” Award Winners take home the most coveted Regal Awards.
