The council offers educational opportunities, awards and recognition programs, and sales and marketing tools like the Sales & Marketing Channel to its members.  Resources available to SMC members include the Sales & Marketing Ideas magazine, the Institute of Residential Marketing (IRM), and the benefits of earning an IRM designation.
