DE Green Fest Packet
This kit contains:

a master list of all who are presently registered for the show & booth assignments
the stage schedule
the activity schedule
the demo schedule.

If we missed something, please bring it to our attention as soon as possible!

 Please review this list to make sure:

·     Your company name is spelled correctly
Your booth size is correct
Your Location (Village) is correct, if applicable.

·         If you previously arranged for electric, confirm that we have you on the electric list by emailing us!

We DO NOT PROVIDE tables, chairs or tents.

IF YOU UPGRADED TO A VILLAGE, YOU ARE IN A 40 X 40 TENT.

Dover Rentall charges $7 per table and $1 per chair, You must call them by Wednesday,

Important Information –

·         Remember to have all the proper permits (food vendors must apply 10 days prior which would be today)
·         Set up must be done by 8:30 am
·         Break down can not start until 4:00 pm
·         Check-in table at corner of Federal and Duke of York Street.
