Our Goal:To provide a fun-filled public forum for the community to discover what all this Green is all about.We believe it is important to raise community knowledge and awareness of Green and Sustainable Living.

Shred Event for your papers, Green Building Block Contest for the kids,Storybook and music time for kids, Face Painting & Crafts, Eco-Style Fashion show, Clothing swap/donation center, The Green Screen Area with videos and popcorn, Our Health Living Village featuring nutritional counseling, fitness demos, Healthy Food Vendors with speakers and demos, Music Stage and Songwriting contest, Our Green Community Village with Green Home Products and Demos, Green New Home Community Displays, Green Remodeling Information and Community Service Booths with energy savings tips and tax credit information, And much more.

• Ready access to a huge enthusiastic, primed pool of citizens/customers.
• Listing on DEGreenFest’s website, including 2 lines about your green service.
• Local and regional media releases mentioning the festival, and possibly your specific participation with the festival.
• Networking opportunities with other green manufacturers, non-profits both at the festival
• Politicians, providers and decision-makers will be here. Come meet them.
• One 10’ x 10’ space reserved 9am – 4 pm.  Bring your own tent and table. Limited Electric may be available but is not coordinated or provided by the DEGreenFest.

• No Greenwashing – All vendors are welcome, but if you are presenting yourself as green your company or service should authentically be green.  Whether it’s your policies, programs, materials or merchandise, sustainability should be at the heart of any exhibitor’s mission and/or presentation.
• Interactive Opportunity - We applaud your interactive displays and demonstrations. If you have an interactive display and would be available and interested in setting up a portion of your display the week prior to the festival, please let us know. We may have a media opportunity for you!
• Green Materials - Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to use biodegradable materials for signage and displays. Styrofoam and any plastic bags used to hand out materials will be discouraged, but allowed, at the event.
• Zero Waste - We will work with recycling organizations to divert close to 100% of the waste stream at DEGreenFest. Our goal is Zero Waste, so take home what we cannot fully recycle at the festival. Special rules apply to food vendors. All exhibitors agree to this policy.

Exhibitor Registration - Under general rules, Exhibitor will set up during assigned hours, remain for duration of festival, clean up 100%, try to use only biodegradable paper and utensils, and staff at least one person at their space at all times while DEGreenFest is open.
